Where are these plans hosted?
All our web hosting plans run in our Dublin data centre in Ireland — a natural fit for Irish businesses and visitors browsing from Ireland.
What is NexStack CP?
NexStack CP is the shared hosting control panel we use for web hosting. From one place you can manage websites, email, DNS, SSL, databases and files without needing a separate panel for each job.
What’s included in the €1 first month?
Every plan starts at €1* for the first month. After that you pay the regular monthly price shown on the plan card. The asterisk details are confirmed at checkout.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Every web hosting plan includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. If hosting isn’t the right fit, contact us within 30 days and we’ll sort a refund under our standard terms.
How many websites can I host?
Plans are capped clearly: Starter 1, Plus 3, Business 5 and Enterprise 10 websites. We don’t offer unlimited websites on shared hosting.
What do the CPU and RAM limits mean?
Each plan has a resource limit — how much CPU and RAM your sites can use at once. Starter includes 1 CPU and 512 MB RAM. Plus includes 1 CPU and 1 GB RAM. Business and Enterprise step up to 2 CPU with 2 GB or 4 GB RAM.
Is bandwidth really unlimited?
Yes for normal website use — we don’t put a hard monthly bandwidth cap on these plans. Fair use still applies if an account drives unusual or abusive traffic.
Is SSL included?
Yes — free SSL is included on these shared plans so you can run HTTPS. Extra certificate options are under Hosting → SSL Certificates.
Can you migrate my site from another host?
In most cases yes. Tell us where the site is now and which plan you want, and our team will advise on a migration path. Contact sales if you’d like us to handle the move.
