What one year of support includes
Every business website package includes twelve months of Host Cloud website support after go-live.
Small content updates
Text and image swaps for opening hours, phone numbers, prices and seasonal notes — within a fair monthly allowance.
Bug fixes
We fix issues with what we built — broken links, form problems and layout glitches on current browsers.
Security & updates
Platform and plugin updates where your site needs them, plus help keeping SSL and HTTPS healthy.
Irish support desk

Are these template websites?
No. Host Cloud business websites are designed and built for your business — not picked from a template shop.
What’s the difference between the three packages?
€495 is one custom page. €995 covers up to three pages. €1,495 covers five to seven pages. All three include one year of support.
What does one year of support include?
Small content updates, bug fixes for what we built, security and platform updates where needed, SSL/HTTPS help, and Irish support by phone, email and live chat. Big redesigns or extra pages beyond your package are quoted separately.
Is hosting included?
The package price is for design and build. Domain and hosting can sit with Host Cloud on a monthly plan — we’ll include that in your quote if you want everything together.
Can I sell products online with these packages?
These packages are for business brochure sites. If you need a full shop with cart and checkout, see our online shop page or ask sales for a quote.
What happens after the first year?
You can renew website support yearly, or keep hosting with us and request updates as paid work. We’ll remind you before year one ends.
