NexStack Mail is Host Cloud’s own business email platform — built in-house and hosted on our servers in Dublin for Host Cloud customers.

No. Plans are based on shared storage and a mailbox allowance. You pay one monthly price for the plan — not a separate fee for every person like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

Yes. Email hosting is for addresses on your domain (for example you@yourcompany.ie). If you need a domain, we can help with registration or transfer first.

Yes. Connect over IMAP (and POP3/SMTP where needed) so mail syncs across Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, Android and iPhone. Webmail works from any browser.

Storage is the shared pool on your plan: 15 GB, 50 GB, 100 GB or 250 GB. Attachments use more space than plain text — upgrade when the team needs more room.

Yes. Move to a larger plan when you need more mailboxes or storage. Contact us and we’ll arrange the upgrade with as little disruption as possible.
